Refund policy
Refunds and Returns Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure.
If a refund is to be paid, the goods must be returned in the original condition the goods were sold in. This is inclusive of all packaging elements, manual, supplied accessories, protective films and tags.
Refunds are paid to the value of the product, at the time of purchase and will not include shipping, insurances and/or handling charges (if applicable).
A refund may be given if the following circumstances are met:
- Goods are faulty in way that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase. Second hand and Consignment items will be advertised with current and accurate imagery to ensure the customer is aware of any cosmetic faults before the time of purchase;
- Goods do not function in the way the customer was led to believe they would;
- Goods have not accurately been represented; thus, the product does not match sample shown;
- Goods are not as described.
A refund will not be paid for the following reasons:
- Change of mind;
- Goods were purchased for someone else who did not want the goods;
- No proof of purchase has been made available to staff;
- The goods have not been returned to us in the condition they left.
If goods are returned in a condition that does not adhere to the original condition in which the goods were sold, the customer is subject to a twenty (20) percent (%) restocking fee. This restocking fee will be applied to the price in which the customer has paid for the goods (minus shipping and insurances).
